I had just got to New York for an event I was hosting and was looking for something to eat while walking in Harlem with my mother and was stumbled upon a African owned Bar and Restaurant name Lenox Saphire.

We were just in time for their lunch menu which had a few interesting things we wanted to try so we decided on 3 items.

Their Shrimp and Grits, Chicken and Waffles and Lobster Mac and Cheese.

Out of all 3 dishes, The best were the Shrimp and Grits. They were seasoned perfect. Other than that the Chicken could have used more season and also the Mac & Cheese. The waffle was blah,, but it is a waffle and that’s why they invented syrup.

3.5 of 5 Stars* -Cute restaurant in the heart of Harlem -The lobster mac was good -The shrimps and grits was not what I expected but the shrimp was seasoned perfectly and I actually like thick grits -Service time was ok, not exceptional. Did wait a few for water or to be acknowledged. Seems like the 3 waiters were focused on those sitting outside – The chicken needed some seasoning but it was crispy

Love you guys, @ForknFly
