Booking Terms and Conditions
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. Rates provided are in US dollars, per room based on double occupancy (2 adults in a room), unless otherwise stated differently. If it is an all-inclusive rate, it includes food and beverages, taxes, and gratuities at the resort.

Payments: All payments to Fork n Fly are non-refundable and non-transferable. In an effort to negotiate the best experience and price, our travel partners do not provide refunds.

Insurance: I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. The purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation investment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. It is to be noted that if you do not add travel insurance, your entire trip investment as well as medical emergencies may be at risk. Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company you choose, and Fork n Fly accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims.

Passport: All booked guests must present a valid passport to book and at check-in with the resort.
The exact name on your passport must match the booking. If not, your booking is not valid and may assess additional fees.

Roommate: You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also booked. We will make every effort to notify you if there are any discrepancies from your roommate. If your roommate should cancel their booking, it is your responsibility to find another roommate or pay a single rate.

Changes: Fork n Fly will make every effort to operate all tours as listed in the description, itinerary, digital brochures, flyers, and on the website. However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to any part of your vacation.. We will do our best to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are deemed to be necessary for any reason. Flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and/or excursions, including but not limited to these services, may not have a monetary value for a cash or credit refund.

Airline: Please note flight changes are at the discretion of the airline, therefore Fork n Fly reserves the right to make airline modifications as we see fit to accommodate our clients. Seat assignments are at the discretion of the airlines.

Name Changes: Name changes are not permitted, name corrections may carry a fee and this information must be received in writing 45 days prior to departure or as specified by the airline or resort.

Ground Transportation: Please note that all transfers will have specific times of departure and will be unable to accommodate late arrivals. Each guest is responsible for sending their flight itinerary if they booked their own flights. Transportation services need to be set up a minimum of two weeks in advance. Hotel Amenities: Hotel amenities may change without notice.

Upgrades: Should you require an upgrade of room accommodations, flights, and or tours, please advise.

Return Policy
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE unless specified otherwise and also are subject to price change, penalties, and/or cancellations.
Booking and Liability Agreement Policy
By submitting a payment, you agree to have Fork n Fly contact you at your given contact information to discuss your vacation options and to book the desired vacation package. You agree that you will pay the required price in the required time to avoid cancellation and/or cancellation penalties. You will hold Fork n Fly harmless for any penalties or loss you suffer if your booking is canceled for non-payment, payment with a non-accepted form of payment, or if you miss your vacation for any reason.
