Crab & Shrimp topped Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillets, about 4 

  • 8-12 raw shrimp, deveined, head and tail off. 

  • Real lump crab meat, drained 

  • 3 Tb room temp butter 

  • 3-4oz room temp cream cheese 

  • 1/4 cup of red peppers, green pepper and onions 

  • 1 Tb minced garlic 

  • Seasonings: Garlic and onion powder, black pepper, parsley flakes, old bay, garlic & herb old bay (opt), sea salt 

  • Hot sauce (opt)
